Yes, ProViotic products are designed specifically for people with allergies. All our probiotics are free of lactose, gluten, soy, nuts and GMOs.

The dosage depends on the product:
- ProViotic from snowdrop: 2 capsules daily
- ProViotic for kids: 1 sachet daily – can be sucked, chewed or dissolved
- ProViotic Candida: 1 tablet daily (500 mg)
- CandiNorm Oral: 1–2 lozenges daily
Tip: take it with or after a meal for best results. During antibiotic treatment, keep at least 2 hours between the probiotic and the antibiotic.
